1. About DigiDevalaya
DigiDevalaya provides temple information, live darshan streaming (if enabled), online pooja booking, donation facilitation, festival notifications, spiritual content, and devotee engagement features. DigiDevalaya acts as a technology facilitator between temples and devotees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under parental supervision. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform for lawful devotional purposes only.
3. User Registration & Account
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Impersonation or misuse of accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
4. Donations, Bookings & Payments
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless specified by the respective temple. Pooja or seva bookings are subject to temple approval. DigiDevalaya is not responsible for schedule changes or payment gateway failures.
5. Temple Representation Disclaimer
DigiDevalaya does not claim ownership of any listed temple and does not interfere in temple rituals or administration. It functions as a digital service provider unless governed by a formal agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All application content including design, branding, software, and layout is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Devotional & Spiritual Disclaimer
Spiritual content is provided for faith-based purposes only. DigiDevalaya does not guarantee spiritual outcomes and does not replace professional advice.
8. User Conduct
Users shall not post offensive content, misuse donation systems, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Data Collection & Privacy
We may collect name, email, phone number, donation history, and device data to improve services. The same may also be shared with temples for communication and service fulfillment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party payment gateways and streaming services. We are not responsible for third-party policies or service disruptions.
11. Google API Services
11a. YouTube API Services
DigiDevalaya uses YouTube API Services to facilitate live darshan streaming for temples. Temple administrators who connect their YouTube channel authorize DigiDevalaya to create and manage live broadcasts on their behalf.

- Temple administrators may revoke access at any time via: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- DigiDevalaya does not store YouTube stream keys or credentials beyond what is necessary for streaming operations
- DigiDevalaya complies with all YouTube API Services policies and does not use YouTube data for any purpose beyond live stream management
11b. Google Meet API Services
DigiDevalaya uses Google Meet API Services to create and manage virtual darshan and consultation sessions between temples and devotees.
- Meet sessions are created solely for temple-devotee virtual interaction
- DigiDevalaya does not record, store, or process meeting content
- Authorized administrators may revoke access at any time via: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

12. Limitation of Liability
DigiDevalaya is not liable for indirect damages, temple administrative changes, or technical interruptions.
13. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as applicable.
