    • I understand and agree that my personal data will be processed solely for lawful purposes including:
      • Account registration and authentication
      • Temple seva/pooja booking
      • Donation processing
      • OTP verification
      • Data sharing with payment gateways
      • Communication related to temple services
      • Sharing with selected temple(s) and authorized DigiDevalaya administrators
    • I understand that DigiDevalaya acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
    • I consent to receive OTP on my registered mobile number or email for identity verification
    • I understand that I have the right to:

      • Request correction or erasure
      • Withdraw my consent at any time

    • I understand that even after account deletion, certain transaction or donation records may be retained as required under applicable law

    1. Purpose of Processing

    Personal data is processed for temple bookings, donations, OTP verification, live darshan streaming, communication, legal compliance, and service improvement.

    • Mobile Number

    • Temple selection and service preferences
    • Family details
    • Payment transaction details (via secure gateways)
    • Device and usage information
    • Google Account information (for temple administrators enabling YouTube live streaming)

    Personal data will be shared with temples, authorized administrators, payment processors, and other service providers as necessary for lawful processing and service delivery.

    Reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls, are implemented to protect personal data.

    Data is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. All data collected is expected to reside on India-region servers of public cloud providers.

    DigiDevalaya integrates with the following Google API Services:

    6a. YouTube API Services

    Used to enable live darshan streaming for temples.

    • We request access to temple administrators' YouTube accounts solely to create and manage live streams on their behalf
    • We do not store YouTube credentials — only OAuth refresh tokens secured via encrypted storage
    • Data obtained via YouTube API is used only for live streaming purposes
    • Users may revoke access at any time via: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

      • YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

    6b. Google Meet API Services

    Used to facilitate virtual darshan sessions, spiritual consultations, and temple administrator meetings.

    • We request access to create and manage Google Meet sessions on behalf of authorized temple administrators
    • Meeting data (links, schedules) is used solely for the purpose of connecting temples and devotees
    • We do not record or store meeting content
    • Users may revoke access at any time via: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    7. Children's Privacy

    DigiDevalaya does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18 without parental supervision.
